Par-Baked Razowy

Razowy rye bread is now available par-baked frozen. The latest technology in blast freezing allows us to partially bake the bread and then blast freeze it. This state of the art technology provides the end-user the enjoyment of a freshly baked product right in their store, bakery or even their own home. Since the bread is frozen, it keeps it's nutritional and taste aspect as it would be baked in our oven. we can deliver our bread in this state as far as Australia and Japan.

Why par-baked bread?

COST CONTROL

The whole production cost is eliminated by receiving a final product. The only costs involved are the handling and baking. There is no need for professionally trained bakery personnel. Par-baked Razowy is easily handled, by following the simple baking instructions.

TIME

It takes us approximately 10 hours to for one bread line to be completed. It would take 20 minutes for the same bread (no difference in taste or value) to be baked at the final destination. The lengthy time it takes to complete the various steps in the baking process are eliminated.

WASTE

The bread is baked according to the needs. There is no need for guessing games and anticipation of the daily volumes. The bread is easily managed, and baked during the day according to the particular day's requirements. The waste that occurs with the packaged bread is eliminated.

VARIETY

We only bake Razowy rye bread. This is a time consuming baking procedure. It takes approximately 10 hours for one line. It would be very difficult if not impossible to bake all the other baking products and still concentrate so much time on gourmet artisan bread. The final customer can consistently bake all 11 varieties in just a fraction of the production time.
